From the chef who used to man the kitchen at Les Nomades, Goosefoot's a snug BYOB turning out serious cuisine via an ever-evolving eight-course prix fixe (12-courser on the way) loaded with the likes of roasted quail with spiced beluga lentils/compressed apple/ginger, and truffle-infused chestnut soup with 'shrooms from Alba, which Jessica usually pairs with Honey, as even she can't watch it sober.
