Keeping things really authentic (by being insanely affordable), TS's a quaint, sparsely furnished new Thai joint in Encinitas rocking a daily lunch special for $5.99, and dinner standouts like the ground chicken and garlic “Triangle” served with plum sauce and cucumber relish, and the deep-fried shrimp-wrapped-in-rice-paper Shrimp Cigars, though isn't that really just a shmancy way of saying cigarettes?
