Pre-Prohibition cocktails under Davis Square

Slinging bourbon below Foundry on Elm, this ode to the under-represented pre-Prohibition era throws things back with Tiffany chandeliers, hand-carved mahogany overhangs, and Oriental rugs that would probably prefer you just called them Asian. Stuff your face with beer-battered pickled peppers packed w/ Boursin, and maple-braised pork belly w/ baked beans, before drinking said face off thanks to 16 taps (Lexington Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, Delirium Noel), 120+ brown-booze varieties, and a slew of "bespoke" whiskey 'tails including an aged rum Brown Derby, and the rye/ aperol/ Averna Old Pal.
