Opening today on Nob Hill, this super-fancy-pantsy-shmancy (-necromancy?), Godzilla-fearing restaurant from a Michelin-rated chef-lady is offering upscale Japanese-y eats (like glazed pork belly w/ roasted chicory or chicken confit w/ white beans) and a 5000-bottle wine list, which means you could try a new bottle of wine every day for the next 13.7 years, if you're a huge wuss.
