Fogo De Chao

The legendary Brazilian steakhouse is moving 14000sqft of itself to Vegas, where open flames will cook up cuts of skewered, all-you-can-eat meat including their signature Pichana (prime top loin), done with both a traditional rub and a robust garlic one; Parm-crusted pork loin known as Lombo; and an exquisitely marbled bottom sirloin about which they say "Though it may be difficult to pronounce, you will enjoy the taste of Fraldinha", which is easy to enforce when you're constantly walking around with a giant knife in your hand.
