Launching today, the Mayfair-based luck-factory's drink/diner will serve booze 'til 5am and food up to 4am, from a menu divvied up by style, and spanning Indian (peppery prawn Jung Ka Salan), Middle Eastern (grilled sea bass w/ dried lime), Chinese (Cantonese sizzling beef), and "Modern International", a designation that includes pesto-crusted "double lamb cutlets" -- which, if from Dolly, must mean that "international" now includes Scotland?
