Answering your every craving in Water Tower Place

If variety is the spice of life, then monotony is the flavorless paste of death, thankfully about the only thing you won't find on the menu at FOODease, Water Tower Place's new 5000sqft, Lettuce Entertain You-backed eating emporium. Divided into more than a dozen areas, the offerings run from loads of lightning-fast grab 'n go options to made-to-order fare capable of making you the load.

On the "go" tip, the central gourmet salad bar's loaded with 80-plus fixins', and prepped dinners include pepper-crusted pork and butternut squash ravioli, plus rotating themed bites from the nearby Foodlife kitchens (Taqueria, Big Bowl, etc). Gourmet groceries, meanwhile, range from Graeter's ice cream to Nueske's sausages, and pantries can be stocked with trail mix from a 32-item DIY bar, so...hooray, giant bags of M&Ms!

For those with a little time to spare, there's a welcoming wine bar up front pouring select varietals on tap (all avail at the market's wine shop) and plating rotating cheese and charcuterie; a sushi bar turning out fresh maki; and a sandwich station fixing creations like the Hawaiian: maple ham, havarti, pineapple dressing, and banana peppers, who's being driven mad by the fact he doesn't get to line up against Frank Omiyale.

Further sweetening the deal will be frequent demos from LEYE chefs and various other experts, monthly wine events w/ Alpana Singh, and loads of samples and tastings that're totally free, which may lead you to prove that variety can be deadly if you have enough of it.
