The newest pigs on the block are offering Thrillist readers a special heap of pork to be consumed on their Shoal Creek-neighboring picnic tables: their signature Buttermilk Fried Chicken alongside a biscuit and two new fully bacon'd creations: baked beans and fingerling potato salad, made from the most offensive-sounding of all potatoes.
