The underground new-institution has entered our Favorite Five meatwich ranks for its off-menu "secret burger", which is cooked to taste from a mega-slider-size ball of pure, unseasoned sirloin, covered in cheese & bacon, then slapped in a house-baked brioche, proving that despite protests to the contrary, the French like to roll around with English meat.
