The first non-NYC incarnation of this upscale burger joint opens today in the Pru slinging a lineup of juicy deliciousness that includes the 10oz fresh ground chuck Inside Out w/ b&b pickles & 5N sauce; a tahini-sauced Lamb Kofta w/ chopped tomato, cucumber, pepper & onion salad on a soft white roll; as well as lobster roll sliders, sushi, and a crazy extensive drink menu that spans from creamy milkshakes to over 40 bourbons and 75-plus brews. All the gorging will take place in a throwback white-tile-and-leather-booth space complete w/ a full bar and hanging meat hooks, though really, what else do you expect Dmitri Young to be doing nowadays?
