In addition to an ever-changing crafty draft list, Sidecar does a monstrous meat-mound worthy of making our Favorite Five Burgers. You can load their 1/2lb Angus patty with bacon/ mushroom/ cheddar, Maytag blue/ caramelized onions, or truffle mayo and a poached egg, although how those evil men with guns managed to kill and sell Nick Carraway's summer hometown on the black market is quite the logistical mystery.
