Lobster rolls out in a classic pincher movement

Because staying inside is for crabby hermits, the guy behind Lobsta Love is taking his crustaceans to the streets, serving "pure wild-caught Maine lobster" out of a bright red van parked daily in front of Harvard's Science Center, so you know his stuff holds up under a microscope.

The Maine (ha!) attraction's available with your choice of sauce (a traditional celery-tinged lemon mayo, or a sesame/ponzu/basil Asian fusion) and in one of four sizes, including mix-and-match tapas-style bites or sliders, a traditional split-top hot dog bun, or on a long, tapered Iggy's brioche roll, an option dubbed The Jumbo Torpedo, presumably because it's enough food to sink an elephant.

If you'd rather dine with plastic cutlery, there's also an 8oz bowl of white cheddar mac & cheese heaped with a healthy portion of lobster meat, outsourced New England clam chowda from the seafood authorities at Yarmouth-based Captain Parker, and even shots of a thick, traditional lobster bisque, but not lobster Bisquick, because we just don't yet have the technology.

To help frustrate your dentist, LL also hawks local Whoopie pies and a chocolate chip cookie/muffin hybrid topped w/ a peanut butter cup, assuming that after eating lobster for lunch you have any cash left to shell out.
