Because having just one resto concept is for quitters, this new side-by-side vittles-serving pair (from the same owner) proves they're 2 Legit 2 Quit, with Crossroads serving up smoky BBQ (hickory-smoked pulled pork, Kansas City style spare ribs, grilled trout w/ russet mashed potatoes, etc.), and the faux tile-roof'd Bubba D's slinging upscale taqueria eats (tacos stuffed with 1/2lb of asada/ pollo/ carnitas; shrimp in a garlic butter reduction, etc.) and featuring a monster tequila list.
