Exotic restaurant has alligator on the menu

Alligators can be distinguished by their heavy muscular tails, a U-shaped jaw that can bite with a force up to 2,125 pounds, and -- due to the incessant ticking of that clock in their stomach -- an inability to sneak up on Peter Pan. Further distinguishing gators by putting them on the menu; Piranha Joe's. Opened by a Tacoma waterfront resto owner, PJ's is a laid back steak & seafoodery that aims to up the fun with an exotic meat menu, old-school surf boards decking the bar, and a whimsical undersea mural adorning said bar, all in a space that used to be The Keg, now free from any association with losing your deposit when those tools from Roosevelt High stole one out of your mom's basement. Rarely grubbed seafood/meatiness includes Blackened Caribbean Red Fish seasoned w/ cajun spices, a drawn butter sauced Brazilian Lobster Tail, lightly dusted Alligator Fritters w/ roasted red pepper aioli, and charbroiled mushroom/sauce piquant Alligator on a Stick, which many people believe is the same as a Crocodile on a Stick, but those people don't know crap about lingual salt glands. More standard goodness ranges from burgers (the ground sirloin/spicy Portuguese sausage/aioli/jack cheese Crock), to Ribs (slow roasted with bourbon & brown sugar), to steaks like the red wine au jus/creamed horseradish Prime Rib, and an 8oz. Top Sirloin called The Baseball, which is almost 3oz. heavier than most baseballs, and must be what they've been pitching to Casey Kotchman. Future plans include a sando heavy lunch menu, a bar menu that rocks sliders and a Bacon Extravaganza burger, a mess of specialty margs, and daily happy hours from 3 to 6pm, and 9 'til the clock strikes 11, though you're never usually out that late, now that you're all grown up.
