Pizza and burgers collide into a bacon-filled masterpiece

Pizza or a burger? It's a debate that's raged since the dawn of man. But now, one heroic restaurant has smashed the two foods together to gift upon the world the ultimate Pizza Burger.

All through February, the lucky folks of Southern California can sink their teeth into the Pizza Burger, a perennial offering at Slater's 50/50. The 50% bacon/50% beef burger's loaded with toppings like Italian sausage, roasted marinara, and fried mozz sticks. That's all wedged between a garlic/parm brioche bun, resulting in the most girth-y take on a French classic since Gérard Depardieu.

You can order up the burger with pineapples, pepperoni, or other favorites throughout February and chase them down with another limited-time special: bacon cannolis. Because you really deserve to treat yourself after being so health-conscious during dinner.
