Screw turns out jellies spiked with beer (stout w/ raspberry, hoppy IPA w/ habanero), some of which double as coatings for your grilled meats, such as the bourbon, blueberry & smoky chipotle Blue Chip that will have Nick Nolte bursting into Tony's dorm room demanding to know if he shaved... some burnt ends off for him.
